Before reading about the program, it would be good if you go through this page. After reading the page, please continue to read this page. All the mentors put together have more than a decade of experience in software development, leading teams technically, managing projects, taking and designing training programs and taking part in conducting interviews. Based on their collection knowledge and experience, there were series of brainstorming sessions. The outcome of the discussion was the lack of experiential knowledge from the students who come out of the college and few lack this for even more two years after joining the company. This is the biggest problem that Indian IT industry is facing and we fix, this will be win-win for both Industry and students. The concept of experiential learning is simple - "know the unknown through known". The effective of trying to know the unknown is by experimentation. Here by experimentation, we mean the ability to think and learn by making mistakes. The mistakes are great way to learn. We see that the people who have this ability to "know the unknown through known" progress in their careers much faster than the people who require hand hold. This program in short is "to unlearn the hand holding" and build the ability to learn everything on your own. The mentors will trigger some questions and you see that you are improving if you just honestly try to find the answers. Since it requires the change in the conventional way of thinking, the program takes more time than commercial computer courses. Our aim is not to teach you yet another programming language or technology but to impart you the skills to learn many new programming languages and technologies. So, in a sense the program is quite different. If you still feel, you have questions, write to us. |
